Hanoi police tighten handling violations without wearing a mask.

Police are fining maskless Hanoians up to VND3 million ($130) as a warning to adhere to current Covid-19 prevention measures.

For these days, as serious as covid did, and to prepare for everything come back soon : economic, social, tourism, etc . The government promulgates to warn everybody wearing face masks when they go out.  Wearing face mask mean you are protecting yourself and respect other people. Be safe.
